Terms and Conditions for SmartGradeAI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SmartGradeAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use SmartGradeAI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3.2 Account Types

• Students: Can take quizzes, view grades, and access course materials


• Lecturers: Can create quizzes, grade submissions, and manage courses


• Administrators: Have full system access and management capabilities



4. Academic Integrity


Users agree to:

• Not share quiz answers or assist in academic dishonesty


• Submit only original work


• Not attempt to manipulate grades or quiz results


• Report any suspected violations of academic integrity



5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Usage

• AI-generated quiz questions are provided as educational tools


• Users should verify AI-generated content for accuracy


• SmartGradeAI is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content



5.2 Limitations

• AI features are subject to availability and API limits


• Quality of AI responses may vary


• Users should not rely solely on AI for critical assessments



6. Data Privacy

6.1 Information Collection

We collect:

• Personal information (name, email, student ID)


• Academic performance data


• Usage statistics


• IP addresses and browser information



6.2 Data Usage

Your data is used for:
